The new version, 1.60, of TeXoMaker has been released.
Some minor bugs (mainly relative to exercises update) have been corrected. And a lot of new features added :
- The settings are now linked to each exercises base (possibility for example to have differents bases with different LaTeX preambles).
- Possibility to edit, modify, add, suppress metadatas of a given exercise.
- Possibility to launch an external editor to edit the content of a given exercise.
- TeXoMaker check now automatically possible new version of the software at launch.
- It is now possible to compile with Plain TeX.
- It is possible to add compilation options (-shell-escape for example).
- Creation of exercises sheets : it is possible to add the value of metadatas in the sheet (title of exercises for example).
The tutorial has beeen updated.
Warning : cette version 1.60 can open a base created with version 1.5x. But at first launch you'll have to check in the settings : some minor changes (in the LaTeX Preamble tab) have probably to be made. Note also that after this, the old versions will not be able to open the exercise base (at least, not without some manual work !).
